The hotel had a good and amazing location minutes from Main Market Square. And walk from restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. We booked apartment, it was immaculate. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - right in the center of the old town, literally on the square or a 1-minute walk to the main square. It couldn't have been better. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. The manager, Joanna, was so helpful and accommodating. Lastly, the room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like having a dishwasher and washing machine. great value for money!

Couldn't find a single fault with this hotel, everything was perfect!

Our recent stay at Ermine Suites was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk away from the main square and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We were impressed by the modern and spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a fantastic shower. The host was friendly and accommodating, our comfort throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as thin walls and occasional noise from a nearby club, we found the overall experience to be really good. We highly recommend Ermine Suites for anyone visiting Krakow. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
